1. Object
These conditions govern the online sale of cosmetic products and supplements for
external use through the keepbull.com website, intended for adult consumers residing in Italy
in the European Union.
The main product is a cosmetic serum in drops for external use, applicable on the
male intimate area, compliant with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
2. Nature of the product and warnings
The product is classified as a cosmetic for external use, possibly accompanied
from natural components or supplements not intended for ingestion.
It is not a medicine or a medical device and has no therapeutic or therapeutic purposes.

order via email from GLOBAL INFINITY LIMITED.
The confirmation email includes: products ordered, amounts, payment methods, and delivery times.
5. Payment methods

6. Shipping and delivery
The customer acknowledges that the seller's order processing and shipping times are generally between 24 and 72 business hours. However, these times are an average estimate and do not guarantee delivery within this timeframe.
Once the goods have been entrusted to the courier in charge, actual delivery times may vary for reasons beyond the seller's control, including:
courier logistics delays;
high seasonal shipping volumes;
adverse weather conditions;
customs or operational issues;
carrier failures or other external causes.
The customer accepts that, in exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 15 days from the date of shipment.
Consequently, no refund will be provided for delays in delivery attributable to the couriers or to causes of force majeure not attributable to the seller.
Refunds can only be requested in cases provided for by law or if the package is lost according to the courier's official confirmation.
